Our most spacious room besides the Cottage With one sound proof wall connecting! Come and relax for more than a few days with this room. It is on the first floor and has it’s own large sitting area and a dinning area, It has a private entrance and bathroom with toletries provided.. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It is a room with a king bed and has a large picture window facing Cane Creek mountain. It has a flat screen TV that is app capable. We provide local stations and movies for free. You are able to sign into your own apps during your stay. The room has s refrigerator, microwave and AC/heat in the room. Other amenities in the room are an iron, ironing board, DVD player with DVD movies that were filmed in the area for nostalgia entertainment.

There is an option of a rate with or without breakfast during your stay. To help keep the rate at a great price point, there is no housekeeping during the stay but fresh towels and basic toiletries are offered each morning.

Guests may book with or without breakfast. If you choose to include it, you’ll enjoy a beautifully prepared, chef-made, farm-to-table breakfast—a nourishing way to start your day.

Pet fee is $20.00 per dog and only dog, with a miximum of two dogs per space. This is a ground floor room and all ground floor rooms are a very clean pet friendly space. The are no carpets in the space.

Each room on the property can accomdates two adults, It may accomodate one adult and 1 child a two person capacity. With prior approval a room can accomdate two adults and one small child under the age of 8. Children under the age of 8 eat free.

Damage- We do not require a damage deposit at the time of booking. Houwever, if any damage occurs during your stay, the cost of repairs or replacements will be charged based on the extent of the damage. We appriciate your care and respect fot the property so we can continue offering a comfortable and welcoming experience for all guest.

Tax Rate 13% ( 7% sales and 6% occupancy)

Breakfast add on if after check in guest wants to add it is $ 15.95 per person and per morning, before 7% tax

ALL of our room rates are PLUS state and local taxes = 13%.
There are cleaning fee of $20.00 per stay.
Check in time is after 2pm and is self check in
Check out time is 11am.

We welcome friendly, well behaved dogs in the Cottage and all rooms on the ground floor only. Please call for availability and details. There is a $20.00 a night fee for the extra furry guest. There is a 2 dog maximum per space. We accommodate dogs only on the property at this time.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

Your credit card will be charged once it is within the 14 day window for the stay. There is no fee for cancellation up to 14 nights before arrival. Cancellation after the window will then be 100% of your stay. No show or cancellation on the day of arrival would result in the loss of your full amount.
