Additional information about rental rates:                                       

Cleaning fee $20.00 fee per stay

Damage-  We do not require a damage deposit at the time of booking.  Houwever, if any damage occurs during your stay, the cost of repairs or replacements will be charged based on the extent of the damage.  We appriciate your care and respect fot the property so we can continue offering a comfortable and welcoming experience for all guest. 

Tax Rate 13% ( 7% sales and 6% occupancy)

Breakfast add on if after check in guest wants to add it is $ 15.95  per person and per morning,  before 7% tax                                   

• ALL of our room rates are PLUS state and local taxes = 13%.
• There are cleaning fee of $20.00 per stay.
• Check in time is after 2pm and is self check in
• Check out time is 11am.
• Smoking is permitted outside only.
• There is a rate with or without breakfast
• We welcome friendly, well behaved dogs in the Cottage and all rooms on the ground floor only. Please call for availability and details. There is a $20.00 a night fee for the extra furry guest.  There is a 2 dog maximum per space.   We accommodate dogs only on the property at this time.

Owner's Cancellation Policy                                      

Your credit card will be charged once it is within the 14 day window for the stay. There is no fee for cancellation up to 14 nights before arrival.  Cancellation after the window will then be 100% of your stay.   No show or cancellation on the day of arrival would result in the loss of your full amount.
