Cottage

This cottage is on the property with the Grafton Lodge.  The cottage has it own entrance, it is a private entrance and a private balcony off of your private dinningroom.  You have with a private living room with an electric fireplace for addtional heat and ambience and a flat screen TV with App capabilities.  Local stations and a movie app for free movies is provided.  The space has a full all amenties kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher. Other amenities in the room are an iron, ironing board, umbrella, hairdryer, make-up mirror and an extra throw blanket.  It has a private queen bedroom.  There is a dressing room with a makeup table off of the private bathroom.  It also has a single size day bed and a single size trundle bed in an alcove off of the livingroom with a TV and children movies to play on a DVD.  A good option for a 3rd person or up to 2 children. The Cottage is great for the the bride and bridesmaid the night before the wedding. It has a dressing room that is a perfect for getting ready. This is a very clean dog friendly accommodation and there is a $20.00 nightly fee for your furry family member. The Cottage is available for a minimum 2 night stays and there is an added discount for longer stays. There is a rate option with or without breakfast during your stay. To help keep the rate at a great price point, there is no housekeeping during the stay but fresh towels and basic toiletries are offered each morning. If you stay for longer than 4 days you can ask for cleaning service for a small $45.00 fee.  Other amenities in the room are an iron, ironing board, DVD player with DVD movies that were filmed in the area for nostalgia and DVD's that are PG13 and G movies for children entertainment.  All of our romantic add on’s can really make this a special memory space. This room is for anyone wanting a little more space and privacy while staying at the Grafton Lodge!

Guests may book with or without breakfast. If you choose to include it, you’ll enjoy a beautifully prepared, chef-made, farm-to-table breakfast—a nourishing way to start your day.  Breakfast included is for two people.

The Cottage can accomodate two adults and up to two children or 3 adults.  There is a small per person fee over the age of 8.  Children under the age of 8 eat for free.

Pet fee is $20.00 per dog and only dog, with a miximum of two dogs per space.
