This cottage is on the property with the Grafton Lodge. It has a private Living Room, Full all amenties Kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher. Other amenities in the room are an iron, ironing board, umbrella, hairdryer, make-up mirror and an extra throw blanket. It has a private Queen Bed Room with a Dressing Room off of the Bathroom. The cottate has a private entrance and a private balcony. It also has a single size Day Bed and a single size Trundle Bed in an alcove with a Tv and children movies to play on a DVD. A good option for the option for a 3rd person or up to 2 children. The Cottage is a great for the the bride and bridesmaid the night before. It has a dressing room that is a perfect for getting ready. This IS a very clean dog friendly accommodation and there is a $20.00 nightly fee for your furry family member. The Cottage is available for a minimum 2 night stays and there is an added discount for longer stays. There is an option of a rate with or without breakfast during your stay. To help keep the rate at a great price point, there is no housekeeping during the stay but fresh towels are offered. All of our romantic add on’s can really make this a special memory. Owner's Cancellation Policy
Grafton Lodge has the option to charge your credit card for one night once it is in the 14 day window for the stay. There is no fee for cancellation before 14 nights before arrival. Cancellation or no show fee would then be a 1 night stay. Rates and policies are subject to change and may vary from season to seaon and for special requests. A 14-day cancellation notice is required for all bookings.
